We are specialised in the dyeing of tubular knitted cloth. However, subject to viability, we would consider the possibility of dyeing other types of textile. 

Fibres: Our production is mainly based on celluloid fibres (natural or artificial), Synthetic fibres (PE, PA, PAN), and their various mixed fibre combinations including those with elastan. In addition, we can also dye wool (pure or mixed). This variety of materials has made us chose machines that favour versatility and also provide a wide range of different capacities to suit demand.

Chemical & biological finishes: We try to satisfy our client’s requirements by adapting formulations and processes. In order to achieve the optimum quality, we rely in our wide experience and long-term collaboration with the top chemical companies supplying textile industries. The main finishes we offer are: silicones, elastomers, non-shrinkable finishes, waterproofing, “easy-care”, “bio-polishing”, microencapsulates, etc.

Mechanical and physical finishes:  We rely on different machinery: tumblers (continuous and non-continuous), raising machines, shearing machines, sueding machines (carbon), compactors (“sanfor” for knitted fabric) for open or tubular textiles, and the classic rame and calender for the final finish.

Mercerizing process: Due to its uniqueness in our country, we would like to highlight our mercerizing process for tubular cloth which offers impeccable quality and excellent uniformity.

Finally, we would like to point out that all our processes are supported by relevant trials and samples developed in our laboratory, which we consider the heart of our company.
